  • Some items, such as intimate apparel, custom orders, or sale items, may not be eligible for returns. These will be indicated on the product page.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in a defective or incorrect condition.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
